V Day Today !

Time to Vote! I Did ! Today we had State Assembly Elections in Tamil Nadu. It took me almost an hour (Yes believe it!) to find out my roll number through the poll slips being distributed through polling assistance center set up in front of the polling booth, at the end i found out the roll number through the 'party' cadres seated a little away from polling booth. What apathy that non-official party workers had it so organized and were able to give me the roll number in a jiffy. But the people who have been officially assigned to do so in the official pooling booth were such an unorganized mess leaving the citizens to fend for themselves, search through innumerable bunches of papers all on their own!


Anyways, a citizen has to take atleast this much effort to cast his/her vote and that's what matters. I did mine, here is proof !
