This dress looks 'Christmassy' isn't it. But it is for 'Pongal'
Somehow this year has begun with bright cheery red for my DD (with regards to her wardrobe additions made by her amma)
Tulle which has been gathered and used as trim has been lying around with me for more than 2 years now ! (yes.. my stash is like a 'Alibaba's cave', i myself do not know what is in!!)
Without further delay, lets move on to the pictures,
as is the case with My Pongal Dress the action shots will be available after the Pongal festival (Saturday, 15th Jan 2011).
She wore the dress on Bhogi Day itself (a day before Pongal)

2 more days left, still need to sew 2 more outfits, one for my sis & one for my mom.... hope to wrap it up on time...besides Pongal cleaning of the house is also due!
