Floral Frock with Vertical Flounces as Sleeves

Its been more than 2 weeks since i did manage to sew something for my little brat. So here it is as i recovered from cold and fever, decided to whip up something fast and since i had been with burdastyle book dress for past 15 days or so, this dress of hers has very close similarities to it but hey this is not an exact replica just inspired from it ... that's where similarities end.
