Had a hectic day today, morning Deepavali puja and later little cake cutting ceremony for DD"s Birthday with just us, the family. BDay bash party for her friends will happen next week.

This link has some exciting ball gowns and few of them inspired me to make my DD's BDay gown, it is 90% complete (she will wear this for her B'day bash which is scheduled on Next Friday as today was Deepavali and all her friends are busy due to the festivities. She flaunted her Pattu Paavadai though for the day and had a ball !!!!

  1. Just love the dress.I also sew frocks.Now that I have a one year old grand daughter I can also stitch one like this.I simply love it and the colour choice is excellent.

  2. Thanks Mahalakshmi. My DD enjoyed herself in the gown especially the puffy nature of it, it made all those hours spent on making the dress well worth it.
