Ghaghra Choli for Sister - First Look!

Remember  i had earlier posted about my cousin's wedding coming up next weekend.

Here is the first look at the Ghaghra Choli i am creating for my sister to be worn at the wedding reception

Managed to complete only ghaghra (Full Circle Skirt) as of now. Hope to finish choli by tomorrow so that i can get to work on my outfit by monday.

Fabric & Notions used:

3 metres of main fabric - Tissue Net (64 inches width) & 3 metres of satin lining (half circle skirt for lining)
Border Lace Trim used - 6.9 meteres at the hemline of circle skirt
22.5 inches length of 1inch width elastic

Meanwhile have finished my DD's dress for the reception, ghaghra choli (no pics yet, so will post them asap) Trust me that outfit looks uber cool n cute ! She loved it!

Will post a pictorial tute on Ghaghra a bit later, too tired to draft it. Wish you happy weekend, watch out for more in the coming days!
